Starfish Project Is Coming to the European Union
March 16, 2026
We are delighted — and genuinely thrilled — to announce that Starfish Project jewellery and gifts are coming to the EU!
This marks a powerful new chapter for our community and mission. For the first time, customers across the European Union will have access to Starfish Project collections — gifts designed with purpose, created with dignity, and rooted in hope.
We are launching in partnership with our new distribution partner, Threads of Hope — an Athens-based organisation whose work mirrors our own heart for freedom, dignified employment, and holistic care.
This is more than expansion.
It's a conscious choice to amplify our impact.
Freedom woven into every detail.
Survivor support at every level.
Women supporting women — across borders.
Why This Matters
Human trafficking remains a hidden crisis across Europe and around the world. Survivors who escape exploitation often face enormous barriers to safe employment, leaving them vulnerable to re-exploitation.
Starfish Project exists to help exploited women and girls experience freedom, establish independence and develop meaningful careers.
Threads of Hope exists to bring freedom and transformation to women once vulnerable to exploitation and trafficking by providing dignified work and holistic support.
Together, this EU launch represents something deeply aligned: jewellery and gifts that carry impact not only in their origin — but also in their distribution.
From Asia to Europe, survivor support is woven into every aspect of this next chapter.
A Shared Commitment
Based in Athens, Threads of Hope began in 2012 as a small sewing project responding to the practical needs of women rebuilding their lives. Today, they provide certified sewing training, a 12-month internship programme, trauma-aware care, language classes, access to counselling, and pathways to long-term employment.
Like Starfish Project, they believe in the power of hope.
In new beginnings.
As we prepare to introduce Starfish Project to the EU market, we are honoured to do so alongside an organisation that shares our commitment to dignified employment and lasting restoration.
We cannot wait to share more.
