An Update on Biyu
During a production managers meeting between our Headquarters office and our Riverside Branch this week, it was obvious how much Biyu has grown in her confidence as the Riverside Production Manager. In the past she was shy and was unsure of what she should say about her department, but now she is confident in her ability to lead production well.
Our Country Director, Rebekah Wang said, “Biyu communicates clearly and knows how to manage the different staff in her department well. She is humble, eager to learn, and is very willing to receive feedback and make changes as needed.”
It is incredible to see Biyu thrive in this role and how much she has grown as the Riverside Production Manager.
