US Orders
Once your order is placed online, we ship from our fulfillment center in the United States within 1-2 business days. All shipping options are flat rate so why not scoop up another beautiful piece of jewelry for yourself or a friend! For purchases within the United States, there is a $6.00 flat rate shipping fee. Your orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail with tracking numbers and typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
This product is made especially for you— As soon as you place an order, your shirt will be screen-printed, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Creation of your Freedom Apparel will take 3-7 days, after which it will be shipped out. The shipping time within the United States takes 7-13 days. Shipping time is slightly longer for international orders. You may receive the shipment from a different facility, depending on your address.
Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is outside our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Canadian & International Orders
Customers shipping to International locations can select from multiple shipping options (USPS, UPS, DHL) presented at checkout. If selecting USPS, we highly recommend confirming they currently ship to your location, as this can vary. Starfish Project provides tracking numbers and the items typically arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on customs. I agree with the terms and conditions, including that international orders may include customs fees or duties upon delivery. These fees are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to accept or refund abandoned packages.
Custom Duties: Some countries may charge custom fees on our products. Such duty is a tax levied by governments on the value including freight and insurance of imported products. Due to the local collection process this may result in a later delivery time than originally estimated. Please note that any local duties, customs, and taxes that apply must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We are unable to accept or refund abandoned packages.
